The Safety & Human Factors Initial training for maintenance organizations is based on ICAO recommendations and EASA regulations 1321/2014 and 2022/001/R. It is intended to introduce maintenance personnel and organizations to the many elements of Human Factors with the intention of providing a better understanding and to find workable methods to improve standards and compliance. This training additionally complies with Part 66 Module 9 requirements for B1, B2, and Cat A training.
