Annual training of personnel designated as RII Inspectors and Airworthiness Release agents is required. This course covers personnel requirements, company policy, designation of Required Inspection Items, requirements and responsibilities of an Airworthiness Release agent, and log entry requirements. Personnel taking this course must have a current FAA A&P license validation or Repairman's certificate and have at least one year's experience on the aircraft type or part for which they require qualification.
