Welcome to the FAASTeam AMT core course for 2021. It is difficult to be assertive when you think everyone around you has a better skill set than you do. This is the position of our maintainers when we promote them without first training them to be leaders. This course is a call to prepare our incredibly sharp technicians prior to the first promotion to a management position.Average time to complete this course is approximately 40 minutes. To take the Exam, after you have completed the course material, you must return to this course on FAASafety.gov (log in, click on Courses under the Activities, Courses & Seminars tab, and click Continue for this course) and complete the Review chapter. Then you must click on the EXAM link to take the exam.
