Strategic Leadership and Communication

Doane University via edX MicroMasters

Overview

The responsibility and challenges of leading and communicating in organizations in a digital and dynamic society can be daunting. In two courses designed to enhance communication and strategic awareness, learners who complete this MicroMasters will have a robust understanding of how to think strategically and navigate the unknown effectively.

Through this MicroMasters, learners will identify and develop leadership and communication methods that adapt to diverse, dynamic environments whether in the office or in remote work situations.

Learners will also use self-analysis to uncover leadership strengths that can guide them through any situation. This program will help learners define their inner aspirations, and how these influence their communication, decision-making, risk-taking, as well as how they interpret information and communicate stories of successes and failures.

This MicroMasters can also be applied toward completing a Master of Arts in Leadership through Doane University.
