If you’re looking for ways to streamline meal prep on busy weeknights, this class is for you! I will share my favorite meal prep strategies, from pre-chopping vegetables, to crafting sauces, and blending spice mixes. Once you have a “”stash”” on hand, dinners come together in minutes. In the first session, I’ll showcase which vegetables are best for chopping in advance. Having pre-chopped vegetables in your fridge is the ultimate time-saver. I’ll also share my cherished marinara sauce and homemade taco seasoning. Once ingredients are prepped, we’ll start using them. So, let’s start prepping so we can make life easier during the week.
