The topics for this weeks’ series included a presentation on unpublished data regarding the Regeneron’s REGN-COV2 antibody cocktail. Other topics included: The COVID-19 vaccine landscape, how COVID-19 vaccine development compares with normal vaccine development, statistical basis for design of the US Phase 3 efficacy trials, and comparison of endpoints for the trials. Any information when the vaccines will be open to children. One manufacturer is planning to do trials with children. To date, no trials with school age children.
