Every day, emails get deleted, ignored, and forgotten — not because the sender had nothing to say, but because they didn't know how to say it. In this course, you'll master the art and science of writing emails that get opened, read, and acted on. You'll start by learning the three core email types and how to write subject lines that work for each one. From there, you'll build a toolkit of persuasion techniques — storytelling, the "You. Get. Because." framework, values-based motivation, and the zillion dollar secret for entering your reader's mind before you've said a word. You'll also develop the strategic instincts to know when to send, how often, and how to read your metrics without overreacting to the wrong numbers.   • Writing Exceptional Emails
    • The emails you send every day — to clients, colleagues, and prospects — are either opening doors or quietly closing them. In this module, you'll master the three core email types, craft subject lines that get opened, and structure your messages with the clarity and confidence that turns readers into responders.
  • Writing Clearly & Boldly
    • Getting someone to open your email is only half the battle — keeping them reading and moving them to act is where most writers fall short. In this module, you'll apply practical techniques for writing with clarity and bold intention so every email you send captures attention, earns a response, and gets results.
  • How To Be Compelling
    • The most effective emails don't just inform — they pull readers in, speak directly to what matters to them, and make taking action feel natural. In this module, you'll harness the power of storytelling, the "You. Get. Because." framework, and values-based persuasion to write emails that are impossible to ignore and hard not to act on.
  • How Often Should I Send? What Time of Day is Best?
    • Sending great emails means nothing if they land at the wrong time, go out too often, or get measured by the wrong data. In this module, you'll cut through the myths about timing and frequency, focus on the metrics that actually matter, and build a sending cadence — including the Fibonacci sequence approach — that keeps your audience engaged without overwhelming them.
  • Emails That Get Them to Buy
    • Your customers are already telling you exactly what they want — you just need to know where to look and how to use it. In this module, you'll mine real customer language to write copy that feels personal and persuasive, craft calls to action that actually get clicked, and decide with confidence whether a newsletter is the right format for your audience.
  • Advanced Strategies
    • The best email you've ever written doesn't have to live and die in someone's inbox — with the right strategies, it can fuel your entire content ecosystem. In this module, you'll repurpose your emails into blogs, videos, and ebooks, re-engage cold contacts with confidence, and use your email performance data to sharpen the copy on your most important website pages.
