We'll explore why this method is crucial for overcoming designer bias, what the protocol involves, and how to conduct a test. You'll then get to apply this skill by running your own rapid-interpretation test.

Refining for Impact: From Feedback to Final Draft

Great design is an iterative process. This final module teaches you how to turn the feedback from your 5-second test into concrete design improvements. Using Netflix's reporting changes as a case study, you'll learn how to refine charts for greater clarity. You will practice this skill in an AI-coached dialogue before tackling the final summative project: creating a full Performance Report Package and justifying your design revisions.
