This module explores the core mechanics behind how ChatGPT communicates and learns. You’ll gain insight into how AI “thinks” by understanding tokens, inputs, and outputs — and learn the critical role of prompt engineering in shaping high-quality interactions. By the end of this section, you’ll be equipped to start crafting more intentional and informed prompts.

Building Better Prompts

Now that you understand the mechanics, it’s time to put them to use. This module shows you how to craft stronger prompts by adjusting tone, structure, and intention.
