It explains the vision, mission, IRIC mileposts, and vertical analysis of ABC Private Limited, helping learners understand how organizations define their direction and establish milestones for growth.
  • Strategic Analysis and Design
    • This module focuses on analyzing company objectives, observations, and frameworks that shape effective strategic design. It emphasizes strategic initiatives, advantage profiling, geo-based revenue alignment, sales structure, and evaluation tools such as the 4 R Matrix and fiscal revenue progression.
  • Execution and Organizational Enablement
    • This module covers the execution of strategies through talent alignment, sales enablement, monitoring systems, and recognition frameworks. Learners will explore re-engineering processes, induction, training, MIS DNA, TUM, and R and R Matrix to ensure sustainable execution and employee engagement.
