Syllabus

Networking using AWS

This module covers the essentials of Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), including their benefits, components like subnets and route tables. It also equips the learners with advanced VPC concepts such as VPC peering and AWS Transit Gateway. Additionally, learners will explore load balancing and auto-scaling, including creating and managing network load balancers, and setting up auto-scaling groups.

Security Management in AWS

This module covers essential security services in AWS, including AWS Cognito, Key Management System (KMS), Secrets Manager, and Identity and Access Management (IAM). Learners will also get insights about monitoring and compliance tools such as Amazon Detective, Inspector, and Macie, and delve into network and application protection using services like AWS Firewall Manager, WAF, and Shield.

Monitoring Resources in AWS

In this module, learners will explore the key aspects of monitoring AWS resources. Learners will understand how AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail enable tracking of key metrics, logging events, and ensuring the health of AWS infrastructure.
