Develop practical expertise in Ratio Analysis and Valuation by applying industry-standard financial statement analysis techniques, forecasting methods, and business valuation frameworks used by financial analysts, investment professionals, and corporate finance teams. Throughout the course, you'll perform financial ratio analysis to evaluate profitability, liquidity, solvency, and operational efficiency using key metrics such as gross margin, return on equity (ROE), current ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, and asset turnover ratios. You'll also explore widely used valuation methods, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), market multiples, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions to understand what is valuation and how businesses and investments are assessed. Through hands-on Excel models, AI-assisted dashboards, and real-world case studies, you'll apply financial analysis using ratios to evaluate company performance, identify financial risks, and estimate enterprise value with confidence. The course covers advanced topics such as DuPont analysis, EBITDA quality, working capital management, weighted average cost of capital (WACC), terminal value estimation, and valuation benchmarking across industries. By the end of the course, you'll be able to confidently interpret financial statements, perform comprehensive ratio analysis and valuation, evaluate key valuation assumptions, and communicate data-driven investment insights using professional financial analysis tools.
