For more than 15 years, Musa has created meaningful artwork, coached thousands of multipotentialites, and collaborated with leaders and practitioners worldwide. Alongside their creative practice, Musa also advises organizations on building more equitable and inclusive workplaces. Syllabus

Rethinking Modern Leadership

This opening module sets the stage for a reimagined vision of leadership. Learners will explore how traditional leadership ideals are shifting to make space for more inclusive, empathetic, and flexible approaches. Through foundational insights and a fresh outlook on influence and authority, learners will begin to identify what leadership can—and should—look like in the future of work.

Exploring Evolving Leadership Models

In this module, learners will explore diverse leadership scenarios that challenge conventional assumptions and test new approaches. You’ll also examine essential communication and collaboration skills that enable leaders to guide their teams through uncertainty and transition with confidence and clarity.

Inclusive Leadership for the Future

The final module centers on inclusive leadership and the critical role of diversity in shaping successful, future-ready teams. Learners will explore how diverse perspectives enhance decision-making and innovation, and how they can champion equity and inclusion through their own leadership practices.
