    • This module focuses on the technical aspects of private equity deals, including deal structuring, valuation techniques, ownership dynamics, and pricing mechanisms. Learners will gain practical insights into how investments are structured and how financial terms impact investor returns.
  • Investment Strategies & Performance
    • This module explores different private equity investment strategies such as venture capital, growth capital, leveraged buyouts, and real estate. It also examines the role of financial institutions and introduces key performance measurement tools used to evaluate investment success.
