  • PMP Exam Preparation and Foundational Concepts
    • This module prepares participants for the PMP exam by covering eligibility, application processes, and exam strategies. The first lesson focuses on understanding the exam format and developing techniques to tackle ambiguous questions effectively. The second lesson introduces foundational project management concepts from the PMBOK Guide, version six, including defining projects, understanding progressive elaboration, and the impact of enterprise environmental factors. Participants will also explore various project life cycles, such as iterative, incremental, predictive, and agile, learning to differentiate between them.
