Syllabus

  • Linux Networking - Basics and Beyond: Unit 4
    • In this module you’ll focus on connecting between hosts using the command line. Remote connectivity is essential—you make network connections to remote systems all the time, and without remote connections and remote control, your job would be much more difficult. In this module, you’ll use Secure Shell (SSH) to remotely control another Linux system, and you’ll transfer files between systems using Secure Copy Protocol (SCP) and Rsync. You’ll also make connections and file transfers with SFTP and other networking protocols. Additionally, you’ll work with a variety of networking tools, including Wget, cURL, and Netperf, and you’ll set up a basic Apache web server.
