  • Linux Networking - Basics and Beyond: Unit 3
    • In this module, you will develop proficiency in using the bash terminal to manage and troubleshoot network connections. You will learn to issue IP commands to view information related to the network and data link layers of the OSI model. The module covers essential network diagnostic tools, including ping, traceroute, ss, whois, and dig, which are fundamental for network professionals. You will also gain an understanding of DNS functionality and configuration across various Linux distributions. Additionally, you will work with nmcli, a powerful network management tool, with a focus on its application in Red Hat, CentOS, and Fedora environments. By the end of this module, you will be equipped with practical command-line skills essential for effective network administration.
