A+ Core 2 V15 - Pearson Cert Prep: Unit 4

In this module, you will explore a broad range of operational procedures and foundational concepts. You’ll start by learning about documentation in the workplace, followed by change management procedures. You’ll then examine disaster prevention and recovery, safety procedures, and environmental impacts and controls. Next, you’ll cover the basics of incident response, licensing, and regulated data, as well as communication and professionalism. You’ll shift back to the technical side with an introduction to basic scripting and remote access technologies, and even touch on some rudimentary artificial intelligence. To finish the module, you’ll review tips, techniques, and example questions to help you prepare for the exam.
