Solo UX practitioners often face the daunting task of driving user-centered design in environments lacking dedicated UX support. This course provides the strategies and mindset needed to thrive in such roles, turning constraints into opportunities for innovation and impact. Through actionable methods and collaborative frameworks, learners will gain confidence in conducting research, influencing stakeholders, and embedding UX into broader team workflows. The course emphasizes adaptability and real-world outcomes to help students achieve meaningful user and business results. Unlike generic UX training, this course focuses on lean, solo-friendly practices that balance theory with field-tested techniques. It's designed for practitioners operating within product teams or organizations where UX is still emerging or under-resourced. This course is ideal for UX professionals, product team members, and aspiring designers navigating complex team dynamics without formal UX structures. No prior experience with design systems is required—just a strong commitment to creating better user experiences. Copyright © 2024 Leah Buley and Joe Natoli. All rights reserved.
