Learners will gain hands-on understanding of how to apply project management methodologies in real-world scenarios.
  • Models, Methods & Artifacts
    • This module explores essential project management models, methods, and artifacts, including leadership theories, communication models, estimation techniques, and key documentation tools. Learners will gain practical knowledge to apply these concepts in real-world project scenarios and develop a comprehensive PM toolkit.
