In this module, we will introduce the Tableau learning path and lay the groundwork for your journey into data visualization. You'll understand what Tableau offers, how it fits into modern analytics workflows, and get hands-on with installing and setting up the software. This foundational setup ensures you’re ready to dive into the world of interactive dashboards.

Tableau Fundamentals Crash Course

In this module, we will build your foundational knowledge of Tableau by exploring how data is structured and interpreted. You'll learn essential concepts like aggregation, granularity, date handling, and field types. By the end, you’ll be able to apply filters and work confidently with Tableau-generated fields.

Calculations: QTC and Level of Detail Expressions

In this module, we will explore Tableau’s powerful calculation engine, from Quick Table Calculations to advanced Level of Detail expressions. You'll learn to build fixed, include, and exclude LODs and apply them in real-world use cases like cohort and profit analysis. These tools allow deeper, more flexible insights from your datasets.

Sales Analysis Dashboard

In this module, we will walk through building a complete Sales Analysis dashboard. You’ll create key visualizations, link them with filters, and enhance usability with dashboard actions. Finally, you’ll compile the visuals into a compelling story format for stakeholder presentation.

Netflix Analysis Dashboard

In this module, we will create a visually engaging dashboard based on Netflix data. You'll work with different chart types to analyze trends, regions, and top content. We'll combine visual storytelling with actionable insights through KPIs and an interactive dashboard layout.

Investment Portfolio

In this module, we will work with real-world complaint data to uncover financial service issues.
