Syllabus

Introduction

In this module, we will introduce the course objectives and provide an overview of how n8n, ChatGPT, and Gen AI work together for automation. You will learn how to create an n8n account and explore the canvas and menus, giving you the foundational knowledge needed to start building automation workflows.

Automation With n8n

In this module, we will dive into the practical applications of n8n automation. You’ll learn to automate tasks such as sending emails, integrating APIs for data management, and transferring data to Google Sheets. These hands-on examples will show you how to use n8n to save time and increase efficiency in your workflows.

Image Creation Agent

In this module, we’ll explore the use of the Product Design Concept Agent to automate creative tasks. You’ll learn how to generate product design prompts, create visual concepts, and even produce branded product images, all powered by AI, to streamline the design process.

Project Planning Agent

In this module, you will be introduced to the Project Planning Agent, which can help automate and streamline the process of creating both Waterfall and Agile project plans. We’ll walk through automating detailed plans and integrating them directly into Jira for enhanced project management and tracking.

Social Media Campaign Agent

In this module, we will focus on automating social media campaigns with the Social Media Campaign Agent. You will learn how to automate the creation of posts, images, and content, and how to use advanced techniques like MCP and memory to ensure consistency and freshness in your campaigns.

Customer Experience (Support) Chat Agent

In this module, we will introduce you to the world of customer support automation using AI. You will learn how to implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and set up the Pinecone database to improve your chat agent’s ability to answer customer queries. Additionally, you’ll gain the skills to train your AI agent for better user interaction.
