Fundamentals of OpenStack Administration: Control Plane Management helps Red Hat OpenStack cluster administrators to manage the health and performance of OpenStack Control plane services, to troubleshoot issues by inspecting Kubernetes operators and workloads, and to configure OpenStack control plane services by using Kubernetes custom resources.
Course objectives:
Explain the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform architecture and identify its components and resources.
Identify and collect information about OpenStack operator pods, custom resources, configuration maps, and secrets.
Identify enabled and disabled OpenStack control plane services by inspecting their custom resources.
Identify network resources (routes, load balancers, and secondary networks), network settings, and connectivity between a control plane and a data plane.
