By the end of the module, learners will be prepared to: Apply the principles of drafting pleadings and motions in professional practice; Apply the principles of calendaring hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and other case management tips in professional practice; Evaluate scenarios involving the topics in Module 1.
  • Module 2 - The Complete Litigation Paralegal
    • This module connects the lesson topics to practical professional scenarios. By the end of the module, learners will be prepared to: Apply the principles of discovery part 1: requests and depositions in professional practice; Apply the principles of discovery part 2: responses and document production in professional practice; Evaluate scenarios involving the topics in Module 2.
  • Module 3 - The Complete Litigation Paralegal
    • This module connects the lesson topics to practical professional scenarios. By the end of the module, learners will be prepared to: Apply the principles of preparing and organizing exhibits, briefs, trial notebooks, and more in professional practice; Apply the principles of the paralegal's role at trial in professional practice; Evaluate scenarios involving the topics in Module 3.
  • Module 4 - The Complete Litigation Paralegal
    • This module connects the lesson topics to practical professional scenarios. By the end of the module, learners will be prepared to: Apply the principles of paralegal ethics: unauthorized practice of law, confidentiality, and more in professional practice; Evaluate scenarios involving the topics in Module 4.
