Getting Started with Midjourney

In this module, you’ll get familiar with the Midjourney platform and learn the core settings needed to start creating AI-generated art. We’ll walk through the Web User Interface, adjust your workspace, and set clear expectations for your final project so you can work with focus and confidence.

Navigating Discord & Midjourney Settings

This module focuses on mastering Midjourney within Discord, the primary tool for interacting with the AI. You’ll learn to navigate its interface, configure settings, and use a proven prompt formula that makes your image generation faster, smoother, and more consistent.

Mastering Prompting & Parameters

Here, you’ll take your prompting skills to the next level. By understanding and applying Midjourney’s parameters, you’ll gain more control over your images. You’ll also practice generating art in both the Discord and Web interfaces, learning when and why each method is best.

Studying & Replicating Styles

In this module, you’ll become fluent in “reading” AI prompts by studying real examples. You’ll dissect prompts to see how style, detail, and composition are achieved—and then practice replicating those techniques for your own unique projects.

Expanding & Enhancing Your Creations

The final module focuses on taking your art from good to exceptional. You’ll learn to expand compositions beyond their original frame, upscale images for stunning clarity, and bring your class project to completion—ready to share with the world.
