Getting Started with Cloud Accounting & Wave Apps
- This module introduces learners to the fundamentals of cloud-based accounting and the core interface of Wave Apps. Learners gain an understanding of basic accounting principles, debit and credit concepts, and how to navigate the Wave dashboard to set a strong foundation for using the platform effectively.
Setting Up Your Wave Environment
- This module guides learners through configuring business settings, customizing invoices, establishing financial preferences, and building foundational lists such as products, services, and customers. Learners also explore how to manage contacts efficiently for smoother invoicing and communication.
Managing Sales, Purchases & Billing
- This module focuses on essential business transactions, including creating and managing invoices, handling recurring billing, recording expenses, managing vendor bills, tracking overdue payables, and uploading receipts. Learners develop practical skills to streamline both sales and purchasing workflows.
Accounting, Transactions, Payroll & Reporting
- This module provides deeper insight into the accounting engine within Wave Apps. Learners will explore transaction categorization, journal entries, payroll setup, and financial reporting tools.
