Syllabus

  • Course Intro and Module 1: Introduction to AI & Customer Journey Experience
    • After introducing you to the course, we look at the big picture of this course, and provide an overview of AI and its use in marketing.
  • Ad Targeting
    • In this module, we discuss one of the most important applications of AI in marketing: personalized ad targeting.
  • Recommender Systems
    • In this module, we discuss another important marketing function powered by AI: recommendation systems.
  • Text Analysis & Language Models
    • In this module, we discuss the use of text analysis, language models, and large language models in marketing.
  • Generative AI
    • In this module, we focus on large language models and generative AI in marketing.
  • Branding, Brand Safety, & Regulations
    • In this module, we discuss consumer privacy, regulations, bias, and risks involved in the use of AI in marketing. You will then complete your final project: an organizational AI roadmap.
