Syllabus
- Module 1: Leading Corporate Turnarounds and Transformations
- In this module, we'll introduce you to the course overall, as well as introduce ourselves, then dive into key information on corporate turnarounds and transformations.
- Module 2: Leading a Digital Transformation
- This module will focus on helping you understand digital transformation then bring in the subject of dominant logic.
- Module 3: Synthesizing and Activating Strategic Business Leadership
- In this final module, we'll talk through more information on strategy and leadership: how to connect old and new strategies and how to many strategy work.
