This module maps the five-stage AI hiring funnel end to end, names the platforms and tools recruiters actually use, and identifies the single failure mode at each stage. It is the foundational frame that makes every subsequent module immediately actionable.
  • The AI-Proof Resume: Structure, Keywords, and Language
    • A resume that looks strong to a human can fail invisibly at the machine-parsing stage. This module covers the specific mechanics of ATS parsing, the three-layer keyword framework, the CAR+ bullet language structure that AI scoring models reward, and the Authentic AI technique - how to use AI writing tools productively without triggering the detection signals that cause recruiters to discard applications.
