Syllabus

Introduction to AI and GenAI

Gain foundational AI and GenAI literacy with hands-on exercises. This module introduces the fast-changing world of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI (GenAI), focusing on what these current technologies are, how they operate, and how they are transforming the way we work.

AI in management

This module explores how AI transforms key roles and workflows in management. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to impactful use cases and tools, laying the foundation for creating AI-powered solutions tailored to your daily management routines.

Actively Manage AI Risks

Understand and avoid risks related to AI. During this module you will become aware of the most relevant limitations and risks related to the use of AI. And you will learn how to effectively address the most important risks. The first part covers the main AI-related risk groups like company-specific, social and existential risks. The second part gives practical advice on how to interact with AI solutions to minimize the risk exposure. At the end you will receive access to a summary document.
