The PMO
- In this module, you will explore the role of the Project Management Office (PMO) and its contribution to organizational success. You will explain the core functions, responsibilities, and operational aspects of a PMO, and identify the key characteristics and best practices of high-performing PMOs.
Change Management
- In this module, you will explore the fundamentals of change management and its role within a Project Management Office (PMO). You will explain key change management principles, identify the importance of change management in PMOs, and categorize the types of changes typically managed within a PMO.
Sustainability in Program Management
- In this module, you will explore sustainability and its role in project and program management. You will identify sustainable project management practices, explain the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and evaluate sustainability initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement. These concepts will help you understand how sustainability considerations can be incorporated into project initiatives.
Future Focused Program Management
- In this module, you will explore emerging approaches and technologies shaping program management. You will apply Agile approaches to Project Portfolio Management (PPM), identify the basic concepts and applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in program management, and utilize data-driven approaches to support strategic program management.
Final Project and Assessment
- In this module, you will bring together the knowledge and skills developed throughout the Program Management Certificate program. You will apply and demonstrate your learning through hands-on activities and a comprehensive final assessment, and reflect on the course content and the learning path ahead. You will also identify different types of Microsoft Copilot prompts and their applications, utilize Microsoft Copilot to troubleshoot and resolve issues, conduct research to support decision-making, and describe best practices for using its knowledge search capabilities in project management.
