AI-Powered UX Research and Analysis

In this module, you will explore how generative AI can streamline and enhance UX research—from data collection to insight generation. You'll use AI tools to create targeted surveys and structured interview guides aligned with research goals. Through hands-on practice, you'll analyze qualitative data, identify patterns, and organize insights using AI-powered clustering techniques such as affinity mapping. You'll also generate empathy maps, personas, and customer journey maps from user feedback, learning how AI turns raw interview inputs into meaningful visual artifacts that capture user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
