The course also covers Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Earned Value (EV), Schedule Variance (SV), project tracking automation, date validation, and chart generation.     • Develop automated project scheduling workflows using VBA forms, activity tracking, database operations, and dynamic schedule generation with project performance calculations.
  • Project Reporting, Charts & Final Demonstration
    • Create automated project reports, dynamic Gantt charts, planned vs actual dashboards, and performance visualization tools using Excel VBA chart automation techniques.
