Over 1.3 million websites worldwide rely on Drupal for enterprise content management, yet 62% of technical teams struggle with optimal content architecture design. This Short Course was created to help Technical professionals responsible for building, managing, or integrating Drupal-based CMS environments accomplish mastery of core Drupal concepts and structured content modeling at scale. By completing this course, you'll be able to architect content types that support complex business requirements, implement taxonomy systems for content organization, and configure workflows that streamline editorial processes across teams. By the end of this course, you will be able to: design and implement content types with custom fields and display configurations, create and manage taxonomy vocabularies for hierarchical content classification, configure blocks and views to dynamically display filtered content across pages, establish user roles and permissions that align with organizational workflows, and prepare Drupal content structures for integration with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This course is unique because it bridges technical CMS implementation with real-world marketing automation integration, focusing on scalable content architecture patterns used by enterprise organizations. To be successful in this course, you should have foundational web development knowledge including HTML/CSS basics and familiarity with database concepts.
