Do you want to start communicating in English? You are in the right place! Our Beginner course is an introduction - or a revision - of the key elements of the English language. It gives you a solid foundation on which to build. By the end of the course you will be able to deal with simple information and requests, and communicate short simple responses or preferences in everyday situations. This is a video and situation-based course, with lots of opportunities to interact with the content and with the learning community. You will develop and practice your language skills as well as your grammar and vocabulary.

Syllabus

  • First meetings
    • By the end of this week, you will be able to introduce yourself and give basic personal information like nationalities, address, email, etc.
  • Meet my family
    • By the end of this week you will be able to ask and answer basic questions about family and everyday life.
  • Hobbies and free time activities
    • In this lesson we will study the lexis to talk about sports, hobbies and abilities.
  • My favorite things
    • By the end of this lesson, you should be able to talk about your possessions and explain why these things are important.
  • My typical week
    • By the end of this week you will be able to talk about a typical week and the typical activities that you do on specific days.
  • Home sweet home
    • By the end of this lesson you will be able to ask and answer questions about your home and the different rooms.
