Drive Insightful Research: From Surveys to Strategic Recommendations is an intermediate course for marketing and product professionals who want to master the end-to-end market research process.   • Designing and Fielding Your Survey
    • This module focuses on the art and science of asking the right questions. You will learn how to design a methodologically sound SurveyMonkey survey that effectively measures consumer sentiment. Drawing inspiration from how companies like LEGO and Airbnb use research to drive strategy, you will move from a business question to a fully-fledged, 15-question survey ready for launch.
  • From Data to Deck: Synthesizing and Recommending
    • In this module, you pivot from data collection to insight generation. You'll learn how to synthesize primary survey results with secondary market data to build a compelling narrative. Inspired by how Netflix uses data to greenlight content, you will learn to connect the dots, find the story in the numbers, and translate it all into a persuasive, 10-slide insights deck with actionable recommendations.
