  • Foundations of DEIB
    • In this module, you will learn the core concepts of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging and explain why they are essential in today’s workplace. You will explore how DEIB strengthens team culture, supports fairness, and improves collaboration. Through introductory videos, the module clarifies key terms, highlights the benefits of diverse perspectives, and helps you build a solid understanding of how inclusive practices support a positive work environment.
  • Inclusion, Belonging, and Workplace Equity
    • In this module, you will learn the importance of inclusion, belonging, and equity in shaping meaningful workplace experiences. You will examine what it means for employees to feel truly welcomed and supported and explore the difference between equality and equity. Through practical examples and interactive activities, the module demonstrates how inclusive actions and equitable practices create psychological safety and strengthen team culture.
  • Understanding and Addressing Unconscious Bias
    • In this module, you will explore how unconscious biases form and how they influence workplace behaviors and decisions. You will examine the role of background, personal experiences, and cultural conditioning in shaping hidden assumptions. You will learn clear strategies to identify, reflect on, and reduce bias through practical techniques and real-world scenarios, helping you make fairer and objective choices at work.
  • Course Wrap-Up and Final Assessment
