Build the knowledge to design resilient, AI-powered supply chains that detect disruptions, evaluate alternatives, and support real-time recovery. This course explores self-healing supply chain management using AI, machine learning, reinforcement learning, IoT, digital twins, intelligent automation, and cloud-native architecture. Designed for supply chain, operations, technology, and transformation professionals, the course examines demand sensing, multi-echelon inventory optimization, dynamic safety stock, supplier collaboration, and AI agents. You’ll evaluate manufacturing, pharmaceutical cold-chain, and retail applications while exploring explainable AI, human oversight, cybersecurity, edge computing, API integration, regulatory traceability, sustainability, and circular inventory flows. You’ll learn to design scalable self-healing systems, establish governance guardrails and performance metrics, and evaluate strategies for omnichannel optimization and geopolitical resilience. By the end, you’ll be able to plan a phased progression from real-time visibility to predictive, prescriptive, and autonomous supply chain operations.
