  • Risks, Failures & Strategic Defenses
    • This module focuses on the risks associated with mergers and acquisitions, highlighting failed deals, financial insights, and defensive strategies. It also introduces the fundamentals of due diligence and explores common pitfalls that can lead to unsuccessful transactions.
  • Deep Dive into Due Diligence & Analysis
    • This module provides an in-depth exploration of due diligence, pricing strategies, and financial analysis in M&A. Learners will study advisory roles, goodwill, dilution, and apply concepts through real-world case studies such as Amazon’s acquisition of Whole Foods.
  • Advanced Valuation & Case Studies
    • This module focuses on advanced valuation techniques and real-world case studies to strengthen practical understanding of M&A strategies. Learners will analyze market valuation, financial performance, and major corporate deals such as Walmart–Google and Dow–DuPont.
