You’ll also explore Agile CPMP, which blends agile methods with CPMP to improve teamwork and flexibility through tools like a Perpetual Tasklist and flexible sprint patterns. For added innovation, the course introduces Lean Scope Project Management (LSPM), helping you turn creative ideas into actionable, testable projects using human‑centered design, lean startup principles, and agile project management.
