  • Contract Law Principles and Negotiable Instruments
    • This course will help you grasp the fundamental principles of contract law. By exploring the elements required to form a contract, you will learn how to distinguish contracts from mere agreements. Additionally, we will categorize different types of contracts and explore the available remedies for breaches. Our study will also cover the application of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) to contracts, bank transactions, and the sale of goods. Moreover, we will investigate e-contracts and discover the details of negotiable instruments, including the various types of endorsements and the rights of a holder in due course.
