    • This module introduces the course and the concept of co-production, highlighting its key principles and the collaborative nature of the process. It emphasizes the importance of engaging with stakeholders, communities, interested parties, the need to avoid barriers between different disciplines, the benefits and challenges of co-production, as well as the role of the change agent in this type of innovative environmental project.
  • Module 2: Strategic Doing
    • This module discusses the concept of "strategic doing," an agile and action-oriented framework for developing strategic collaborations and open complex networks.
  • Module 3: Agile Leader Skills
    • This module discusses a framework for effective network leadership, involving four key skills: talk, envision, advance, and motivate.
  • Module 4: Case Study on the Chesapeake
    • This module summarizes stakeholder engagement to collaboration and ultimately to co-production in environmental management efforts in the Chesapeake Bay.
  • Final Assessment
