Financial Statement Analysis

In this module, you will learn about the reporting requirements for publicly traded firms and how to evaluate key performance indicators on an income statement and a balance sheet. You will explore the operating metrics used to assess an income statement and understand how balance sheet ratios are applied in conjunction with the income statement to measure financial progress. While financial statement analysis may not always provide clear answers, it often raises important questions for further investigation.
