  • Intent Design, Contexts, and Implementation
    • This module focuses on designing effective intents by using training phrases, parameters, and platform integrations, while also introducing context management and intent implementation to support multi-turn conversational workflows.
  • Advanced Features, Enhancements, and Monitoring
    • This module explores advanced Dialogflow capabilities including webhook fulfillment, booking management, rich responses, knowledge bases, analytics, general settings, and validation to enhance chatbot functionality and reliability.
