  • AI as Your Reporting Co-Pilot
    • Have you ever felt swamped by routine weekly report generation, wishing you could reclaim that time for strategic thinking? This module is about transforming that process. We will start with understanding (why) the immense efficiency gains when you treat AI as your reporting sous-chef. You will then learn specific methods (what) for prompting AI to auto-draft status reports and the critical human review process that ensures accuracy and clarity. By the end, you will know exactly how to leverage AI to draft a report and what your essential role is in ensuring its quality.
  • The Dashboard Strategy and Design
    • It is time to visualize that success by creating a compelling dashboard. This module covers the strategic “why” behind integrated dashboards—they turn static data into a dynamic decision-making tool. You will learn the “what” (key design principles), “how” (data connection and filtering), and “apply” (building and presenting) components, transitioning from a data reporter to a strategic decision-maker capable of proactive risk mitigation.
