By the end of this course you'll write blog posts, social media content, and marketing emails with AI — and know how to make all of it sound like you rather than like everyone else. You'll build a complete, SEO-optimized blog post, turn one article into a week of platform-native social content, set up an automated welcome email sequence, create a brand voice guide your AI tools actually follow, and plan a full month of content in a single sitting. No prior AI experience is needed. Every technique is demonstrated on screen in ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini using their free plans, so you can follow along without spending anything. You'll also learn the parts most AI courses skip: fact-checking AI output before you publish, protecting client data, and removing the telltale patterns that make readers dismiss content as machine-written. You'll leave with more than knowledge. Every prompt you practise with is collected in a downloadable library — fill-in-the-blank templates for planning, drafting, SEO, repurposing, email, and editing — so the workflows you learn here keep working long after the course ends.

Syllabus

  • How to Start Using AI for Content Creation
    • This module introduces AI writing assistants as practical tools for everyday marketing work and gets you producing usable copy from your first session. You will see where AI fits into the content process and which judgments stay human, tour the free versions of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to understand what each offers, and learn the five components that turn a vague request into a prompt that returns publishable copy. The module also covers the two risks every beginner needs to handle from day one — assistants that state invented facts with complete confidence, and the business information that should never be entered into a chatbot — before showing you the short follow-up commands that refine a draft without starting over.
  • How to Write an SEO-Ready Blog Post with AI
    • This module takes you from a blank page to a finished blog post that both readers and search engines can find, using a staged workflow rather than a single request. You will generate and choose between competing structural angles, draft the article one section at a time so every part stays small enough to correct in a single instruction, and ground the writing in your own interviews, notes, or research so the result could not have come from anyone else. The module then covers what search engines actually reward in AI-assisted content, how to turn a keyword into a working content brief, and how to run optimization as a separate pass that improves discoverability without distorting the writing. A hands-on lab guides you through producing a complete, optimized post on your own topic.
  • How to Turn One Blog Post into a Week of Social Media Content
    • This module shows how a single article can supply a week of social media content by rebuilding its ideas in formats native to each platform, rather than reposting the same text everywhere. You will learn what LinkedIn, X, and Instagram each reward, then convert one article into a discussion-driven LinkedIn post, a multi-post thread where each post stands alone, a seven-slide carousel script written to fit a phone screen, and a thirty-second video script with timed spoken lines and on-screen text. The module also covers turning customer reviews into social proof — selecting and framing quotable material while preserving customers' exact words, and handling permission before publishing anything with a name attached.
  • How to Write Marketing Emails with AI
    • This module covers writing marketing email with AI, from automated sequences to one-off broadcasts. You will distinguish the two main types of email marketers send and identify where AI genuinely helps with each, then produce a three-email welcome sequence — plan, full first email, subject lines, and preview text — using prompts that constrain each message to a single call to action. The module also demonstrates the most realistic version of newsletter writing: turning a handful of rough bullet points into a finished, structured newsletter using instructions that prevent the assistant from inventing details. Finally, you will learn to generate segment variants of a completed email so different audiences receive appropriate framing while the offer and facts remain identical.
  • How to Turn a Raw AI Draft into On-Brand, Publish-Ready Copy
    • This module addresses the most common weakness in AI-assisted writing: copy that is competent but sounds like everyone else's. You will learn to describe brand voice in terms an AI assistant can actually follow — specific traits and checkable rules rather than adjectives like "professional" — and see how the same request produces markedly different results when only the voice description changes. The module covers storing a voice card so it applies automatically to future work, using a second AI assistant as a demanding editor while retaining the authority to reject its suggestions, and removing the recognizable patterns that mark text as machine-written. A hands-on lab guides you through building a voice card from your own writing and using it to rewrite a flat draft.
  • How to Build a Monthly Content System with AI
    • This module covers planning content at the level of a full month, so that publishing becomes repeatable rather than reactive. You will learn the four-pillar model that keeps a content plan balanced between teaching, engagement, promotion, and trust-building, then generate a large set of ideas and improve it by cutting the weakest entries and replacing them with more distinctive ones. The module shows how to convert a shortlist into a dated calendar with defined columns and scheduling rules, export it into a working spreadsheet, and expand any calendar row into a short creative brief that specifies the goal, angle, key message, format, call to action, and the prompt that will produce the piece. A downloadable prompt library supports every stage of the resulting workflow.
