AI is redefining product management by changing how decisions are made, workflows are designed, and products evolve. This AI product management course shows how models, context, orchestration, governance & human judgment come together in AI-native product work. You’ll start by learning how AI changes product management, how LLMs and foundation models work, and how to evaluate models for different product needs. Next, you’ll explore product context, the AI-Native Product OS, MCPs, connected tools, reusable commands, and AI workflows. You’ll see how user signals, functional evals, feedback loops, guardrails, monitoring, governance, and AI product risk influence product decisions. Finally, the course focuses on the human layer of AI product management: vision, empathy, taste, communication, and judgment. It covers outcome ownership, visible proof of AI product skills, portfolio and interview prep & a 90-day AI Product Manager roadmap with AI Coach. What sets this course apart is its structured AI-native approach, reinforced through demos, practice, scenario-based assessments, resources & AI Coach activities. Enroll now and lead the next generation of AI products.
