This module introduces the Agentic AI Transformation Framework, including the AI agent development lifecycle (discover, design, build, scale). The module explores the strategic benefits of transitioning from simple chatbots to autonomous enterprise teammates.

Design: Value engineering and prioritization

Focusing on retail use cases, this module guides learners in applying value engineering and key prioritization models (2x2 impact versus feasibility, RICE, and MoSCoW) alongside the critical user journey (CUJ) framework to design high-impact AI agent projects.

Prototype: Rapid validation with Google AI tools

This module guides learners through the prototype phase, focusing on identifying the high-impact AI agent projects. Students will then build a functional retail shopping agent using no-code tools such as Gemini Enterprise and Google AI Studio.
