Our instructor will guide you through preparing the wood surface, transferring your chosen design, working with various nibs to build the artwork, adding decorative lettering to enhance your piece, and applying watercolor and colored pencils to complete your masterpiece.
We will start with a series of foundational exercises to help you become comfortable with the burner and different nibs, experimenting with the distinctive marks each tool can create. Once you have developed confidence with the tools, we will proceed to working on your chosen design while addressing any troubleshooting questions that may arise. At the conclusion, we will demonstrate finishing techniques and proper care instructions for preserving your artwork.
