We will look to two of our greatest contemporary painters - Danielle McKinney and Salman Toor - for inspiration on how to make a powerful painting focused on a bit of bright, saturated color in a sea of dull and moody colors. You will leave with your own beautiful painting and a deeper understanding of color saturation and some great artists who use color saturation as their main focus, like Manet, Watteau, Louis Fratino and more!
We will have flowers to inspire you, but you can also bring in an image that inspires you of a portrait, figure or landscape to paint.
This is a great workshop for painters of all levels!
